Rob and I started this company because we noticed that customer service, real estate services and digital marketing were lacking in the real estate industry in Sarnia. We set forth to start a team that catered to our clients while also being extremely organized and ahead of the game when it comes to marketing our company and our clients’ homes.
I’m a wife and mom to three very energetic boys. I understand how important it is to find a home that works best for your family. I also understand how chaotic the process can be when selling a home. We’ve been there when we had to sell and buy a home that better suited our growing family.
I was born and raised in Sarnia-Lambton. I’m very happy to be raising our family in this lovely, small, and beautiful community. It’s peaceful to me to be living close to the water. Sarnia will forever be my hometown.
I have a Business – Marketing degree. Trends for marketing a home can change overnight. It’s really important that my team is on top of all the new trends and marketing strategies. We’re always evolving and learning to better serve our clients.
Following a Code of Ethics that involves loyalty, honesty, and integrity is standard for me. I never ‘sugar coat’ it for my clients. We’ll have tough conversations and I’ll lay out different realistic scenarios. I want you to understand the whole process, so giving more details is definitely my motto.

Hey there, I’m Alanna and I grew up in London, ON, but now I’m living in the beautiful city of Sarnia, ON. When the pandemic hit, I was in electrical sales and looking for a change. I talked to a friend in the industry and decided to take the plunge and become a real estate agent. That decision changed my life!
I love building a new career with unlimited growth potential, and how real estate lets me balance work and family life. My family is the most important thing and when I’m not working I love spending time with my husband and son or chatting with my daughter who’s at Carleton University. In my spare time, I love being out on the water with my family, playing softball, and reading!

Operations & Transaction Coordinator
I’m fairly new to Sarnia, but fell in love with this city quickly. I have 17 years of experience in the service industry and I’m confident in my ability to assist the team in making your transition a smooth and pleasant experience.
I’m the go to person behind the scenes for the team and our clients. I make sure everything is running smoothly and on track for closings. You’ll probably talk to me on the phone or receive an email from me through the process of buying or selling. Have questions? Send me an email to ask!
I also schedule showings, do the paperwork and create buyer and seller packages. I usually have my hand in everything to help our agents and build the company.
Outside of work I’m a mother of three who enjoys listening to country music, crafting, and watching horror movies.

Digital Marketing & Production Coordinator
Born and raised in the Sarnia-Lambton area, I’ve had my fair share of interests and hobbies, but, ever since I got my first computer with internet access I’ve been enamored with many different aspects of the online world. It’s where I feel most comfortable, and it’s provided me with all sorts of knowledge and experience over the years.
I’ve been brought onto the Elevate Real Estate Team to develop and implement multiple strategies by improving their many digital marketing platforms. This includes social media, search engine optimization (SEO), website analytics & development. While I’m still relatively new in the digital marketing world, I’ve taken multiple courses and programs focused on social and digital marketing through Lambton College.
I’m confident that with what I’ve learned, and what I’ll continue to learn will help build and bolster Elevate Real Estate’s digital marketing presence. From focusing on the appropriate platforms for the right types of content to monitoring and reporting on relevant analytics, and bringing in new ideas along the way.
Outside of work, I have a strong interest in working with my hands. Mainly, woodworking. The process of crafting things out of wood is a very therapeutic and rewarding process for me.
I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and catching up on a good TV show or movie.
