A few years ago, I was relocated to Sarnia by my employer. I was given a small window of time for my wife and I to move to a new city, start a new job, and find a new home. This was also our first home buying experience and we had no knowledge of the Sarnia area, real estate fees, lawyers etc. We began as most perspective buyers do, by visiting mls.ca to look for potential homes. We were looking for a home on the Huron Coast as we are avid Kayakers and looking for a retirement home. My wife found Daniele Dunlop’s contact information and the search began. After interviewing three Real Estate Agents to handle the sale of my late parents home, I selected Daniele Dunlop-Yeo. She was very through when she initially toured and inspected the home and she presented a schedule of events that would need to take place before the home was to be listed on the market.
